Read Time: 1 min

Congratulations to Heather Waggoner, who was named Kettering Behavorial Medicine Center’s December Employee of the Month! Heather works in Evaluation Services at the hospital.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Heather was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:

Kettering Behavioral had coverage issues on the Youth Unit due to a staff member losing their spouse suddenly. Heather stepped up and covered the unit over the course of two weeks. Heather is the consummate professional. She went about her business and supported the whole Youth Unit. Heather has a calm demeanor and is very flexible. She often exhibits support for other staff. For instance, she has been willing to change her shift hours multiple times to accommodate other staff with new babies. She can work any site without feeling out of place.”
