Day in and day out, you make a difference in our communities. The patient-centered care you help deliver strengthens our system of hospitals and care facilities, which is one of the Truven Health 15 Top Health Systems in the nation. May 8-14 is Hospital Week, and we are using this time to recognize you, our people, as the healthcare heroes that you are.
Sharing your stories
Throughout the week, we will celebrate your everyday acts of heroism, telling stories of employees from around the network who performed extraordinary acts. You’ll find links to these stories below:

We want to hear from you too. Show us who your healthcare heroes are by posting photos with the hashtag #KHNHeroes or sending them to knews@ketteringhealth.org. We encourage you to get creative with these photos and created a few challenges to get you started:
- Most people in a selfie
- Best superhero pose
- Most creative photo with a leader
- Best use of props

Celebrating you
There will be multiple ways to participate in celebrations throughout the network.
Network trivia will be posted, where you can answer questions for your chance to win one of the prizes below:
- May 9: a pack of 52 movie tickets and 52 snack passes
- May 11: a pair of tickets to a Bengals game
- May 13: one of two sets of four season tickets to Kings Island, including a parking pass
All employees are also automatically entered into additional raffles on their campus. Raffles will be held on May 10 and May 12, and you can win one of the prizes below:
- A pair of movie tickets and snack passes
- A pair of Cincinnati Zoo tickets, including a parking pass
- A pair of tickets to Faith and Family Night at the Cincinnati Reds, which includes a MercyMe concert
- A pair of tickets to a Dayton Dragons game
