Each day, patients come to our facilities seeking health and hope. Those days may be times of joy and excitement, or times of fear and anxiety. Experiencing those days takes courage–and so does meeting people in those moments.
Being there, supporting people through that broad spectrum of emotion, takes strength, heart, and spirit, along with a commitment to a broader purpose. That commitment to our patients, to showing up and being that healing presence, does not go unnoticed–and one of our patients wants to say “thank you.”
