iSupport Debuts a New Look

iSupport is implementing a new look on June 7, which will offer enhanced request tracking capabilities on a single site. These improvements are expected to deliver increased transparency, self-service options, and a better overall user experience.

In order to access the iSupport Portal, employees can still visit the intranet home page and click on the iSupport icon at the bottom of the screen. Users may also select the Information Systems page under Resources to reach the new iSupport page, which looks like this:

On this new page users can specify the nature of their requests, whether they are ordering a service or requesting help.

Anyone with an active Kettering Health Network account will be able to access iSupport from any computer inside the network. Employees will also have out-of-network access from a computer or iOS mobile device through ketteringhealth.org/isupport 

Looking Ahead

As Information Systems matures the service offerings, users may expect new offerings to include network project entry portal and knowledge management space.

Resources

Information Systems will be providing short videos and documentation on how to use the new iSupport Portal, which you will be able to find in the right column titled “Knowledge Information.”
