Read Time: 1 min

Congratulations to James Sebastian, who was named Fort Hamilton Hospital’s October Employee of the Month. James works in the Emergency Department at the hospital.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. James was nominated by a co-worker, and you can read the nomination story below:

“Jimmy is the ideal employee. He’s engaged, he cares about his unit team, he cares about his patients, and he is hands down the best employee at Fort, let alone the whole network! Jimmy makes every day better; he’s one of the best at IVs, he is always happy to help and never says no, and he’s just an awesome friend. When I’m working with a critical patient, I know that I can trust Jimmy to assist me, because he is one of the best. All of our patients love him, all of our employees love him, even the floors love him! He is just an A+ human being, and we are very lucky to have him.
