Congratulations to Jamie Blalock, who was named Greene Memorial Hospital’s November Employee of the Month! Jamie works in the Sleep Center.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Jamie was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Jamie is very hardworking and puts patient care first. She is always willing to go the extra mile, for example, staying a few extra hours after working all night when someone calls off. She assists her co-workers when they need it and always has a smile on her face. She’s so dependable I never worry while she’s working. Patients frequently tell me how much they enjoyed working with Jamie. They say she puts them at ease, helps them relax, and makes their test go as smoothly as possible. Many times they request her again by name if they need further testing.”
