Candace Guffey escorted a patient to the lobby to be picked up when she learned the patient did not have gloves and could not afford a pair. Candace knew it was cold outside, so she decided to take him to the gift shop to pick out a pair of gloves. When he found the gloves he wanted, Candace bought them for him, and escorted him back to the lobby to be taken home.
Candace went above and beyond the call of duty.
