Congratulations to Jeff Simons, who was named Prestige’s December Employee of the Month! Jeff works in IS Client Support Service.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. “Jeff is so deserving of this prestigious recognition. He goes above and beyond to truly listen and understand the project(s) that are necessary for the business at hand for his customer. His collaboration and engagement skills are excellent, which also contributes to great outcomes with computer upgrades, transfers, new set-ups, etc. As the receiver of his support and commitment, department workflows continue to be improved transparently due to his ability to listen to the user’s needs, to identify the priorities based on those needs, and to execute the plan based on the priorities. He leaves nothing pending and always follows the completion of the details to 100% success. He is the role model for demonstrating the Kettering Heath Network Standards of Behavior of trustworthiness, innovation, caring, and collaboration.”
“Jeff supports the Coding and Documentation Excellence Departments’ remote staff with IS equipment and tech support. As a new manager, he has gone above and beyond his scope of work helping me to understand the techy needs of my team’s equipment, and explaining the functions of remote IS work in my ‘simple’ language. He assisted our entire department with very little notice a few weeks ago in a panic moment I had about our updates. He brings calm to the storm, listens to the frantic calls for help, and never displays a gesture of aggravation with us–even when we don’t even know what we need, our laptops just don’t work! Jeff displays the values of Kettering Health Network, works with integrity, and is another reason we can brag about working here. Thank you to Jeff for all that you do. It does not go unnoticed.”
