Congratulations to Jennifer Mellen, who was named Prestige’s January Employee of the Month! Jennifer works in HIMS for the network.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Jennifer was nominated by a two of her fellow employee, and you can read the nomination stories below:
“Jennifer has been invaluable to our Utilization Management Department. We started from the ground up, requiring coordination of computer hardware, transfer of staff, and coordination of telephone requests/installation. This was a challenging process that Jennifer kept organized and on track, despite a few bumps along the way. She consistently has a ‘what can I do to help’ attitude and amazingly gets things done in a very efficient manner. She knows who to call and how to pull everything together. She truly emulates what it means to be a Network Star! I can’t thank her enough.”
“Jennifer is a true team player. I have only known her for a short time, but during that time, she has truly impressed me with her work ethic and can-do attitude. She was instrumental in coordinating the relocation of all Utilization Management nurses to Prestige for the transition to network Utilization Management. She has a knack for getting the right people at the table to get things done in the most efficient way possible. Jennifer deserves recognition for her many contributions to Kettering Health Network.”
