Read Time: 1 min

Congratulations to Jenny Morland, who was named Kettering Behavorial Medicine Center’s November Employee of the Month! Jenny works in Adult Psych at the hospital.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Jenny was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:

“Jenny willingly came over to our unit jungle and took a very difficult assignment that our regular staff needed relieved from that day. Throughout the day the unit was very chaotic, and Jenny was able to provide a therapeutic environment for this patient through her compassionate, encouraging, and supportive care. Jenny also was able to bring down the overall anxiety on the unit with her calm presence throughout the day. Additionally, Jenny voluntarily switched with a co-worker to maintain the same challenging assignment the next day.”
