Congratulations to Jesse Doyle, who was named Prestige’s October Employee of the Month! Jesse works in Patient Access.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Jesse was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Jesse represents all of our core values, but especially exemplifies the caring spirit Kettering Health Network holds dear. We often tell our users that, as Registration and Scheduling employees, they are the first impression a patient has of our Network. So, as a Registration and Scheduling trainer, Jesse is one of the first impressions a new employee has of their new professional home. And, in my opinion, we couldn’t ask for a better person to welcome these employees to the family. I have sat in and observed a number of new and established trainers in my time on the team, and Jesse is far and away the best at engaging the users in the material we teach (which, let’s be honest, is not always the most exciting stuff). He takes great pains to ensure a thorough understanding of the material, and he regularly will stay past the slated class time to ensure a user has everything they need. Jesse also brings candy or other treats to his classes to help his students stay alert during the long afternoon hours of instruction. I have had multiple Patient Access leaders remark to me that the people who come through Jesse’s classes always return to their departments raving about how excellent a teacher he was and how great their classes went with him. His students also consistently score highly on their assessments, in no small part to his dedication and attention to them.”
