Congratulations to Jim Bartosik, who was named Prestige’s February Employee of the Month! Jim works in Network Marketing.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Jim was nominated by a co-worker, and you can read the nomination story below:
“I’m sure everyone in the Marketing Department has stories about Jim being an amazing co-worker, but I just had to share one specific example. I got a call from HR about four hours before their Evening with the Stars event asking us to create a certificate for someone who was being honored that night. For context, we usually have about a two-week period between when a request comes in and when a client receives a first proof. I came to our design manager in a panic, and she suggested asking Jim to help. I explained the project and its very short timeline to him, and he said he would jump right on it. When I said thank you, he responded, ‘Any time!’ I feel like that response summed up Jim’s attitude about every project. He’s always there to help, regardless of the task or timeline. This is not the first (and I’m sure not the last) time Jim has stepped up to make a project possible, whether it’s creating a certificate in a matter of hours or designing an amazing annual report over the course of many months.”
