Congratulations to Jim Johnson, who was named Kettering Physician Network’s February Employee of the Month. Jim works at Springfield Primary Care.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Jim was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Jim is always willing to help others. He has recently been helping out at another practice, since their care navigator position is unfulfilled at this time. Jim has never hesitated when we approached him asking for assistance at this location. He also does this while continuing to service the patient’s needs here at Springfield Primary Care. On top of this, he recently has put together tools and information and trained the care navigator at the new Springfield Center. Jim always has a cheerful outlook. Regarding his assistance with training the other care navigator, he said to me, ‘I want her to have all the necessary tools she needs to be successful in this position.’ He definitely goes above and beyond to help assist his co-workers and patients on a daily basis. I have heard comments from several patients in the last few weeks about how Jim does an exceptional job. I could not agree more and we our blessed to have him on our team!”
