Congratulations to Jordan Noffsinger, who was named Soin Medical Center’s August Employee of the Month! Jordan works in the Universal Care Unit at the hospital.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Jordan was nominated by her supervisor, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Jordan was recently recognized with a note from a patient. It read as follows: ‘Jordan, RN, thank you so much for the incredible care I received. You were so attentive and pleasant–very much appreciated. I know it was a very simple procedure, but the patient is always apprehensive and you were perfect at alleviating the tension. Please share this with other staff members, especially your supervisor.’
Jordan is consistently recognized by patients during leader rounding for her attention to her patients and her calming demeanor. I would like to nominate her for her exceptional care of patients in the UCU at Soin Medical Center.”
