Read Time: 1 min

Congratulations to Julie Beane, who was named Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center’s April Employee of the Month. Julie is a behavioral health team specialist.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Julie was nominated by a fellow employee, and her nomination is as follows:

“Julie always has her act together. She knows what is going on with all the patients on the BHAT list and always takes on the most challenging cases. She is a strong support to the patients as they need extra tender loving care at the hospital. Julie doesn’t lock herself to the ED; she prioritizes cases and fits in the floor cases wherever possible. She documents her thorough encounters clearly and quickly. Her notes are easy to read and paint a very accurate picture of the patient. She is an excellent communicator.
