Congratulations to Kaitlyn Hathaway, who was named Senior Division’s December Employee of the Month. Kaitlyn works in Assisted Living.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. “Kaitlyn is the best caregiver I know because of her ability to make her residents feel special. She is attentive, understanding, compassionate, and innovative in her approach to handling difficult situations. She goes above and beyond in her standard of care, and her Christian Spirit and bubbly personality make her an inspiration to others.
I love that she shares a Bible verse each night as she helps my mom to bed, knowing how much comfort it provides her. I have observed her coming in on her days off to check on her residents, taking residents outside for fresh air, and working extra shifts to help when needed. I feel like she is family and I know that my mom does also.”
