Congratulations to Kathy Dionne from Nutrition Services for being named Sycamore’s January Employee of the Month!
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Kathy was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Kathy found a patient lethargic and hard to arouse, and she immediately notified the nursing staff. The patient was in serious condition and had to be treated immediately and closely monitored afterwards. Kathy’s quick actions and dedication to her job saved this patient’s life. If Kathy had just blown him off or passed him by because she thought he was sleeping, the outcome may have been gravely different. Thank you, Kathy, for your hard work and dedication.”
