Katie Kimball Named Prestige’s Employee of the Month

Read Time: 3 mins

Congratulations to Katie Kimball, who was named Prestige’s May Employee of the Month! Katie works in Network Marketing.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Katie was nominated by three fellow employees, and you can read the nomination stories below:

“Katie is the campus specialist in our department for all but two of our campuses, and she is always ready to tackle anything thrown at her. She continuously tries to keep a positive attitude, even when I can see that she’s stressed. She’s patient and is willing to answer questions when needed, and she really looks out for her campus leaders, trying to listen to them and address their questions and concerns. We recently had an open house and safety fair at Greene Memorial Hospital and it started pouring as we pulled in to set up. Katie stepped up as the marketing leader for the event and helped change things around and make sure the event still happened despite the rain, smiling through the whole thing and keeping everyone’s spirits high. Katie makes our office a great place to be and she works hard everyday.”

“When a service line event and a campus event combined to become one, this specialist stepped up to the plate! She planned, promoted, and executed her first major event and the results were remarkable. The event had over 600 pre-register! The day of the event, the weather did not cooperate with us. As the rain came down, the local residents were on Facebook wondering what we were going to do–the event had to go on! Katie called me with a recommendation to continue the event and move as much as possible indoors. She collaborated with leaders at Greene Memorial to make this change a reality in only hours. Despite the rain, over 280 people came out to celebrate and learn about safety! One of the event attendees on Facebook complimenting the organization of the event. She said “you guys handled the rain and people very well today. Thank you!” Thank you, Katie, for all you do!”

“Katie did a great job with heading up the Greene Safety Fair and pulling all the materials together. Being the first of the Safety Fairs for this year and also heading up this event for the first time, all of the elements were thought through and that made the design process very smooth. There is no single moment that stands out, but just a consistent collaboration to work together to get the job done. Katie is always willing to work together as a team and is respectful of others time and thoughts. Katie’s positive attitude and willingness to work together made for an enjoyable and successful program.”
