QUEST is a performance improvement collaborative of more than 350 hospitals working together to make healthcare safer, more efficient, and consistently effective. The collaborative is run by Premier, Inc., a leading healthcare improvement company.

Kettering and Greene were among only 20 hospitals who received the Citation of Merit, being recognized for their top performance in five of the seven areas measured by the QUEST collaborative: cost and efficiency, inpatient and outpatient evidence-based care, mortality, safety, patient experience, and appropriate hospital use.

“QUEST hospitals work to outperform in healthcare together, which is exactly what Kettering Medical Center and Greene Memorial Hospital are doing,” said Susan DeVore, Premier president and CEO. “Premier congratulates them for the fantastic achievements they’ve made.”
