As a medical group, our Kettering Physician Network employee percent engaged is at the 86th percentile as compared to other high performing medical groups across the nation! Many comments and suggestions were also shared in the survey. Our Kettering Physician Network leadership team is reviewing each comment to better understand how we can make Kettering Physician Network an even better place to work.
