On November 28, we celebrated our Kettering Physician Network leaders for Excellence in Employee Engagement. Leaders were recognized in three different award categories:

Excellence in Employee Engagement 2018: Most Improved: Recognizing leaders who made the most improvement in employee engagement, within their practice or department, from 2017 to 2018.

Excellence in Employee Engagement 2018: Top Performer: Recognizing leaders who achieved top quartile for employee engagement in their practice or department, based on 2018 survey, along with disengagement below the 25th percentile.

Excellence in Leading Engagement 2018: Recognizing leaders who achieved top quartile for employee engagement in their practice or department, along with disengagement below the 25th percentile, and top decile manager effectiveness results.
