Six primary care practices in Kettering Physician Network are testing a direct scheduling feature through MyChart. Starting in April, patients of select physicians at Beavercreek Primary Care, Cedarville Family Practice, Community Physicians of Yellow Springs, Miamisburg Family Practice, Springboro Family Practice, and Sycamore Family Medicine were able to schedule their own appointments online through MyChart.
The first testing period ended July 1, and the network is analyzing the results and discussing expanding the feature to other primary care offices.
