“This Star Search is entirely overdue. Many of our investigations require not only enormous numbers of work hours to complete within our department, but require the assistance and cooperation of many partner departments and those individuals working in those departments who have the expertise and knowledge we require to appropriately investigate and resolve those investigations. I want to acknowledge and thank Ms. Kim Ruby for the exceptional assistance she provides not only to me, but to my Privacy Compliance Coordinator. Many times, we rely on Kim to assist us with audits, user information, etc. Kim always helps us with joy in her heart and gets us the information we need quickly, so any privacy matters can be addressed efficiently and affectively. Kim also informs us when she receives concerns; we appreciate her communication with us.”
