Congratulations to Kristie Tolliver-Koogler, who was named ASB’s April Employee of the Month!
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Kristie was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Kristie frequently assists the Project Management Office by providing her expertise with IT Network and Telecom requirements for our construction and Kettering Physician Network practices who are onboarding with Kettering Health Network.
This was most evident to me during the construction of the Kettering Cancer Center. Kristie not only attended many meetings to make sure the business requirements were gathered, but also helped identify risks, and maintained a full-time presence on-site to help subcontractors with any questions they had about network/WiFi connectivity and cabling placement. She kept an ongoing punch list so the project could stay on track for the center’s opening.
This is how Kristie operates on all projects. She always thinks of our patients, their families, and the employees when doing her work. We truly value her as part of our team! Thank you, Kristie!”
