Kroger Health will offer COVID-19 testing sites through the end of May. These sites are made possible through support from Kettering Health Network.
This partnership will allow Kettering Health Network to most efficiently and quickly provide testing to identified employees.
If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please call the Employee Health hotline at (937) 395-8900. Employee Health will provide you with instructions for how to access Kroger testing.
Initially, testing will occur in the Kettering College parking on the campus of Kettering Medical Center (3535 Southern Blvd., Dayton, OH 45429).
Mobile testing will then rotate across Kettering Health Network campuses the following four weeks. Information on test site locations will be announced through the Employee Health call center. Please be assured that as health care providers, our symptomatic employees will be prioritized for testing.
Once you receive your test result it is imperative that you call the Employee Health office on your home campus to provide your results. You will not be permitted to return to work until Employee Health clears you.
