Lauren Cupp Named Greene Memorial Hospital’s October Employee of the Month

Read Time: 1 min

Congratulations to Lauren Cupp, who was named Greene Memorial Hospital’s October Employee of the Month! Jaime works in Emergency and Ambulance Services at the hospital.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Lauren was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:

“Lauren cared for a patient on and went above and beyond to console the wife of the patient that was transferred to the Soin Cath Lab. The wife was in the waiting area waiting for a ride to get home to get her household together and join her husband at Soin. I witnessed Lauren speak with the wife and get her through tears of worry to laughter in under two minutes. I was amazed at her compassion and communication skills. Lauren is starting nursing school and I hope she stays with us at the Greene Emergency Department.”
