You hear me say often that we are imperfect people seeking to offer perfect care, but there is rarely a day that I am not humbled by the care you offer. For all the stories I hear, I am sure there are even more I do not hear. Mostly when patients share stories of your care, they simply recognize “your staff” or “your volunteers,” but we love it when your names are mentioned.
