November has been another busy month, filled with new physician and employee onboarding, our annual mission conference, Years Ahead Health Center ribbon cutting, United Way campaign, and holiday events. There is a lot happening at Kettering Physician Network and I’m excited about our growth and opportunity.

Our employee engagement Pulse Survey kicks off on December 3 and runs through December 17. As a reminder, the Pulse Survey is a short, 10-question survey that helps us check the pulse of the organization between full employee engagement surveys. I encourage all to take a few minutes to share your feedback and suggestions through this tool. I personally read every employee comment and look forward to hearing your thoughts and suggestions.
The holiday season is upon us and at this special time of year I want to share how incredibly thankful I am for all of you and for the privilege of serving with you. We have had a year filled with many blessings and accomplishments at Kettering Physician Network and we could not have done it without our employee and physician team–the foundation upon which our success is built.
