Congratulations to Lindsay Jackson, Timothy Earls, Lindsey Herrin, Sarah Pyers, Christine Spice, Kari Van Buskirk, and Ralph Chabot, who were recognized for receiving the constellation award in October for their amazing teamwork.

The award recognizes strong teams that come together to serve patients and each other. They demonstrate a calling to care, live the network’s values, and show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior. You can read their nomination story below:

“This group of employees ensured one of our young stroke survivors could not only attend his daughter’s wedding but also achieve his two most important goals: dance with his daughter during the father/daughter dance and deliver the “father of the bride” speech. This particular patient is approximately 6’8″ and suffered significant physical deficits that made standing difficult but dancing nearly impossible. In addition, he sufferes from cognitive deficits that made delivering a speech very challenging. His team rose to the challenge and worked very hard with the patient and his family to ensure this very special day was a success!
