Meet Lindsey Conkle, marketing specialist for Kettering Health Network. Lindsey was born at Kettering Medical Center and has called Dayton home her entire life. She joined the network as an intern with the marketing department in 2016 and came back for a second internship in 2017. Once she graduated in 2018, she came on full time as a marketing assistant. During her time as an intern she helped with several projects and opportunities to help with larger campaigns which offered her a lot of experience and helped her grow as a marketer. Some of her greatest accomplishments thus far include running the network Truven campaign in 2017 while she was an intern and helping start the Healthy Women affinity program for the Women’s Health service line, which included helping plan and execute the annual Women’s Conference.
Having grown up in the area, Kettering Health Network was very much a part of Lindsey’s life before she began working here. She had many friends and family members who worked for the network over the years, and her mom attended school at Kettering College, so it felt like a natural transition to join the Kettering Health Network family. She is inspired by being able to think of new ways to help the community take charge of their health. She is passionate about helping women put a focus on their health—both physical and mental. Her advice to others is, “never stop learning and remember to lead through actions and service.”
