With the start of a new year, we often set goals or expectations for ourselves which can include improving to our wellness and health. Here are some network resources to help you make the most of your benefits and have a healthier 2020:
Employee drop-in care
Drop-in care is exclusively for employees and their family members who need quick access to health care for things like minor illnesses, tests for common infections, and treatment for minor wounds and injuries. Their hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-8 p.m., Saturday-Sunday 8 a.m.-4 p.m., and are located at:

IMPACT employee assistance program
The IMPACT Solutions employee assistance program is available to benefit-eligible employees and their families and offers access to confidential, professional support 24/7. Visit offerings include five visits per person, per reason for visit. IMPACT counselors can provide live, immediate assistance with general issues, stress, depression, anxiety, job difficulties, and more.

Back-up care
Benefit-eligible employees have access to a back-up plan for care for three dependents. Back-up care can be reserved up to 30 days in advance or requested the day care is needed.
- Back-up child care: If your child’s school closes or your babysitter isn’t available, you have access to reliable care when and where you need it.
- Back-up adult and elder care: Arrange back-up care for the adults in your life, whether they regularly have a caregiver or need help when recovering from surgery.
Benefit-eligible employees have 10 days of back-up care per calendar year. Center-based care is $15 per child, per day (if multiple children are at center-based care, center-based care is a maximum of $25 per family, per day) and in-home care is $6 per hour, per caregiver. One caregiver can give care for up to three dependents. You must be registered in advance to use this benefit, but you can register at any time for free.
