Mandatory Quarantine Extension through May 29

Read Time: 1 min

Throughout the COVID-19 crisis and as we enter a period of recovery, our priority remains the safety of our employees and our patients.

The transition to reopening services is a critical time for our organization as we increase both the number of patients and employees who are entering our facilities. In coordination with the Governor’s Stay Safe order, KHN Leadership will continue the mandatory quarantine program through May 29th.  ALL personnel, including physician and providers traveling outside the State of Ohio borders will be required to self- quarantine for 14 days prior to return to work.  For purposes of clarity, exceptions to this include those living in Indiana or Kentucky in neighboring counties to Ohio or traveling in to the state for critical infrastructure or healthcare workforce purposes.

Thank you for your commitment to the safety of our patients, our teams, and our community during this important transition.
