When a co-worker broke her toes at work, Sue Hertert, Clinical Documentation at Kettering, went above and beyond to help her out. It was extremely cold and the co-worker could not fit her swollen foot into her shoe. Sue gave her co-worker her own shoe and offered to come back and take her co-worker home after her shift since her co-worker was unable to drive.
Her co-worker nominated Sue for her kind and friendly spirit.
