The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Marilyn was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Marilyn emanates a Godly love by her compassionate care and genuine concern for all our patients. She is a role model and a team player, and engages new employees in conversation that makes them feel welcome. She offers spiritual support to willing patients and is always ready to pray with them when asked. She is pleasant, trustworthy, and an awesome listener. I have seen her sit and console patients in their times of crises. She always has a calming and motherly spirit. She is sensitive to the needs of the other employees and is attentive to their concerns. She is a pleasure to work with.”
