Based on current increasing trends with COVID-19, we are re-instating 2 policies, effective immediately:
Masking
CDC has a map that identifies communities as low, medium or high based on case rate and hospitalizations, and these guidelines were created to provide insights into indoor masking policies.
Recently, two of our counties moved into the high level based on these criteria. As a result, masks are required in all areas at all Kettering Health facilities, including administrative buildings, unless eating or drinking or if a person is alone in an individual office.
Return to Work
Kettering Health currently meets the criteria to move from conventional status to contingency status. Based on recommendations from Employee Health, we are reinstating the 5-day return to work timeframe for those that have tested positive.
