Colson Smith is the Employee of the Month for the network. Colson works with facilities management at Prestige. Submitted by the Human Resources staff at Prestige, his nomination read:
Colson Smith is more than just a star – he is our hero at Prestige. He is always available to help us out at a minute’s notice. Colson is always very pleasant and willing to go that extra mile. We have had to call him numerous times to adjust temperatures in the building and after he does, he will even check back in an hour or so to make sure our problem is taken care of. He always sets up our conference rooms for all the network meetings and is very considerate about making sure it is set up just the way we want it. Anytime you walk through Prestige you will see Colson working diligently and he always greets you with a warm welcome and a smile. He even went the extra mile to help us find a safe spot on the roof to take pictures for Go Red Day! This man deserves a huge recognition!
