Congratulations to Michelle Falk, who was named ASB’s August Employee of the Month! Michelle works with Patient Financial Services
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Michelle was nominated by a patient’s family member, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Michelle is very patient, kind, and helpful to those she assists. I was paying some of my husband’s medical bills and noticed that one had gone to collections in 2017. I didn’t even know I had that one to pay. She assisted me in getting it paid and now we are up to date. If it were not for her attention to detail and critical thinking skills, it would have been overlooked like it had been in the past. I don’t like to miss bills, but Michelle was very kind and helpful and it is taken care of now.”
