Congratulations to Molly Firster, who was named Kettering Physician Network’s March Employee of the Month. Molly works in Greystone Family Practice.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Molly was nominated by a fellow employee, and her nomination is as follows:
“Molly has been a great example of Kettering’s mission and vision. Molly spent several minutes on the phone with a patient during pre-visit planning and the patient complained to Molly that they were discharged from rehab without undergarments. Molly took good initiative and went to Kohls after her shift and purchased the patient a couple of undergarments.
Molly’s actions and positivity impact others by setting an example of improving the quality and health of the people in our community. Molly took the time after working her long shift to use her own money and travel time to help a patient in need.”
