For the first time, Kettering Health Network is preparing personalized, confidential, statements for each eligible employee detailing the value of their pay and benefit package. Called “My Total Compensation Statement,” these statements provide an easy to understand overview that breaks down employee compensation by wages, PTO, results sharing, medical plan premiums, retirement contributions, and other key benefits.
While benefits are not always the focus of employee compensation, they can have a significant impact on financial well-being and overall lifestyle. The Total Compensation statements are intended to provide you and your family a greater understanding of the value of the benefits provided by Kettering Health Network.
