The myHR email inbox (email@example.com) is not functioning properly. Our HRIS and Information Systems teams are working diligently to resolve the issue, and we will communicate as soon as the issue is resolved.
In the interim, employees are encouraged to contact myHR using the self-service or call center options below:
- Access the self-service catalog at www.ketteringhealth.org/myhr.
- Call the myHR team at 1-844-235-4647 or extension 70000 to speak directly with a myHR team member.
Employees who submitted email requests to myHR beginning the week of November 23 should re-submit requests through the online catalog or by contacting a myHR team member by phone to ensure the request is processed in a timely manner.
