Network leadership, employees, and community members celebrated the new Kettering Cancer Center during the week of December 5. The new facility was designed for patients by patients with the help of a patient advisory council, featured in the video above. The Kettering Cancer Center will open to patients on December 13.
Physicians got an inside look during their tour on December 6 while leadership and community officials celebrated with a ribbon cutting on the morning of December 7. During a Blessing of the Rooms ceremony, people prayed and blessed each room in the new facility. Later in the evening, thousands of community members explored the new building that brings the future of cancer care to southwest Ohio.
