Kettering Health Network guidance for employees and providers who have a medical exemption to wear a face mask
A face shield can help prevent respiratory droplets from an individual spread into the environment and can help protect the wearer. Any employee who has a medical exemption to wearing a mask at work should use a Kettering Health Network-provided face shield at all times, unless eating/drinking or alone in a fully enclosed office.
