To take the guesswork out of paying your medical bill, Kettering Health Network now offers an online bill payment system that supports patients for a better financial experience. The new system went live late January and offers features including convenient self-service, payment plan options, email and text reminders, and even a bill estimation tool–all at people’s fingertips online.
Patients can access their bills on our main website, ketteringhealth.org, and through a link in MyChart.
The new “estimate my bill” feature on our website builds upon a promise of improved transparency, helping our patients plan for their financial future and care. It uses information about each person’s health insurance coverage to provide a personalized estimate for common services, such as lab, imaging, and physician visits.
