Network’s On-Demand Care Offers New Level of Services

Read Time: 1 min

In the coming months, the network will open three clinics called Kettering Health Network On-Demand Care. An extension of Kettering Physician Network primary care, these clinics will offer same-day care for conditions ranging from headaches and rashes to muscle pains and strains to minor wounds and infections.

“As we continue to prioritize access for patents and locate services close to where they live, it was apparent an On-Demand level of primary care services was necessary for people who choose Kettering Health Network and Kettering Physician Network as their health care providers,” says Dan Haibach, executive director of the Primary Care service line for Kettering Health Network.

The clinics, staffed by advanced practice providers, will be open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Patients can walk in or save their spot online, and the visit will be billed as a primary care visit.

“Patients treated in our On-Demand Care clinics will experience care coordination between the clinic and their established primary care provider,” explains George Lewis, president of Kettering Physician Network. “New patients can also use these services and can rest assured that they are being treated by top-notch quality providers that have access to the entire system of primary and specialty care available within our network.”

On-Demand Care sites will be located at:

  • Springboro Health Center: opening November 11
  • 101 E. Alex Bell Rd., Suite 190, Centerville: opening November 18
  • 1028 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Washington Township: opening December 9

You can learn more about these clinics at their open houses, the first of which will be at the Springboro location on November 7 from 5-7 p.m.
