Testing for ambulatory bronchoscopy and C-sections patients is now available at network collection sites. Please follow the process below.
- Physician/provider complete orders in EPIC. Paper scripts are acceptable.
- Order info: Community COVID Pre-Surgery Test Order SARS-COV-2 LAB98415
- On-line self-scheduling is available for the patients. This online self-scheduling can be accessed at the Kettering Health Network website under COVID and then go to testing and then the schedule appointment button.
- It is recommended the test is preformed 3 days prior to the procedure followed by self-isolation.
