Norman Spence has been named Kettering Perioperative Services business manager.
Norm has a Master in Business Administration from Andrews University. Since joining Kettering Health Network in 2011, Norm has worked in various departments, such as Process Excellence, Cardiology, Decision Support, and Network Finance. Possessing strong analytical skills, Norm has built financial proformas for new services and physician acquisitions, created reports for various leaders around the network, and helped advise and support leaders in financial decisions.
