Jared Keresoma is now a director for network Patient Financial Services. He is responsible for the Customer Call Center, Cash Management, and Vendor Relationship Management services supported by a team of over 60 employees.
Jared began with the network over five years ago at Greene Memorial and Soin where he was the manager of Plant Engineering, Nutrition Service, and Environmental Services. He also headed the transition/activation team during the opening of Soin.
Most recently, he was the manager for Kettering and Sycamore Patient Access. Prior to coming to the network, Jared worked for South Coast Medical Center in California as manager of Patient Access and coordinator of Plant Engineering.
Jared and his wife, Christina who works in Network Marketing, have two daughters, Aubrey and Abigail. He enjoys road biking, golfing, watching his kids grow, and hanging out with the family.
Jayne Rudd is the director of Central Billing Office – Physicians Billing in the network Patient Financial Services department. She has responsibility for all physicians billing and denial management services supported by a team of 64 employees and rapidly growing with the expansion of our Kettering Physician Network.
She came to the network in 2008 as the Hospital Patient Accounts manager. She transitioned to director of the CBO for Physicians Billing in 2013. Prior to coming to network, she was the practice manager of a Family Practice Group for 23 years.
Jayne and her husband of 40 years have two married sons and four grandchildren. She leads a prayer group of 20-30 employees every Monday morning, has a senior green belt in Tae Kwon Do, sings at her church, and teaches Youth Sunday School with her husband.
Alex Smith is the web and digital marketing manager in Network Marketing. This new position for the network is responsible for all social media, web, and digital marketing management. Alex has worked for the network for six years with three years in Network Marketing and three years in ED SPD at Kettering.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Wright State University. Alex stays active with traveling and volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
