Deanette Sisson has been named vice president of Patient Care Services for Kettering Medical Center. She takes the place of Brenda Kuhn, who has transitioned full time to Chief Nursing Officer. In her previous role, as vice president of Patient Care at Sycamore Medical Center, Deanette excelled in implementing innovative strategies resulting in improved patient care.
She deployed excellent tools for nursing communication and alignment to enhance the patient experience. Since arriving nearly 10 years ago, Deanette has garnered the respect of physicians and nurses. An active search has begun to fill her role at Sycamore.
Ronda Brandstater has been promoted to vice president of Patient Care Services at Grandview, filling the role opened when Becky Lewis became administrator at Southview. During her past year at Grandview, Ronda has demonstrated outstanding skills in improving patient, employee, and physician collaboration. With more than a decade of nursing leadership, her experience positions Grandview for future growth.
