Becky Cook, current clinical nurse manager for Southview ED/ICU, has accepted the newly created position of discharge phone call coordinator for both Grandview and Southview.
This position will enhance the patient care experience by following up with each patient that is discharged, documenting trends from those calls, and assisting with other patient experience initiatives.
Becky has 27 years of service at Grandview and Southview. For the past seven years Becky has been the clinical nurse manager for Southview ED and ICU and during this time made significant strides in the Press Ganey scores, coordinated stable staffing levels, and assisted with the expansion of the new EMS squad room. Becky obtained her BSN from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009 and CNML certification in 2012.
