New Roles in KPN

Dan Haibach is now the executive director of Physician Partnership Services for the Kettering Physician Network (KPN). As executive director, Dan will lead KPN’s efforts in collaborating with both KPN and independent physicians to strengthen these partnerships with our network, while continuing to utilize his extensive knowledge to implement One Best Practice in the areas of physician affiliation arrangements, business development, contracting, compensation models, and compliance.

Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Hospital and Healthcare Administration from Xavier University, Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Marketing from Gannon University, and has over 20 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles.

Dan resides in Sugarcreek Township with his wife, Eileen, and son, Niles.

 

Dan Morris is now the executive director of Specialty Services for Kettering Physician Network. As executive director, Dan will oversee the cardiac, orthopedic, surgical, and neurosurgical service lines, facilitating collaboration and measurable outcomes for the specialty practices.

Dan has served in several capacities for KPN, most recently as director of cardiology and orthopedic service lines. Prior to joining KPN, he was the practice administrator for Far Oaks Orthopedists for 10 years. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Administration from Park University and his M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. He is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.

 

Matt Dabbelt is now the director of Business Development for Kettering Physician Network. Working with physicians and hospital administration, Matt will be responsible for leading KPN’s business development efforts including establishing new physician partnerships and enhancing physician and medical practice onboarding processes.

He has been with the network for eight years, most recently serving as the manager of acquisition and recruitment for KPN.

Matt received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and has a Master of Arts degree in management from Antioch University Midwest.
